肉体労働系アニキです。
物流会社に派遣で初出勤してきました。
午前は、座学で主に安全教育の内容だった。今まで務めた会社の中では一番内容の濃いものだった。
午後からは教育係から作業場を改めて解説して頂いた。どんな仕事でも第一印象は、「これ全部覚えられるのだろうか？」と思う事。
実際聞いただけの事は覚えられる気がしない。やはり、作業しながら体で覚えなければならない。時間を掛ければ出来るだろうとは思う。
ここで、労働契約を記しておこうと思う。
労働契約
- 業務内容 製品の入出庫作業
- 就業時間 7.75時間
- 休憩時間 1時間
- 時給 1,200円
- 休日 完全週休2日制
休憩時間は昼休憩だけだと思っていたが、10時と15時に15分間のサービス休憩があることが分かった。
これは非常に嬉しいことだ。前職場は昼休憩しかなかったので非常に疲れる職場であった。
休日に関しては、年間120日以上あるみたいだ。これも非常に嬉しい職場である。
残業は、週4時間くらいだと思う。それを踏まえて月給を算出してみた。
7.75ｈ×1,200×20日＝186,000円
残業代 約25,000円
月収は211,000円くらいになる予定だ。
